The Perpetual Education Fund (PEF), celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2026, has helped more than 130,000 students in 80+ countries access higher education through low-interest loans and scholarships.

PEF participants have a graduation rate of nearly 70% — roughly double the 35-55% completion rate at most U.S. colleges. After completing their education, 88% of graduates report finding better employment. More than 10% of local ecclesiastical leaders in Colombia, Ecuador, and Venezuela are PEF graduates.
